To facilitate capacity building programs for the unemployed youth in the rural and urban places.
To mainstream the dropouts into formal education.
To eradicate and prevent child labour.
To establish support care systems for the children with special abilities.
To improve the quality of life for oppressed, disadvantaged and marginalized communities.
To protect the socially disadvantaged community from emerging social issues and concerns.
To take up joint Forest Management.
To initiate and develop qualitative change in the lives of the marginalized communities.
To plan and implement advocacy programs for healthy reproduction practices and natural disaster management programs.

Objectives

To improve the skill base of rural youth by training them on various vocations and lead them for gainful employment and sustainable income generation.
To ensure that people are made aware of the recent trends in sustainable Skill Development Training Programmes.
To eradicate Illiteracy.
To empower women on social, economic, psychological and physical well being.
To reduce poverty by improving economic status of women through Income Generation Activities.
To organize women into self help groups and development their leadership qualities to facilitate making decisions at personal and social levels.
To initiate these poor to involve themselves in their own are development.
To inculcate the habit of Thrift (Savings) and credit among target .
To work for the up liftment of the poor children and Physically Handicapped by co-ordination and implementing the welfare scheme of the both the State of Central - Government as well as by getting foreign and if possible.
